Kurz gesagt: Das Spiel sammelt keine Daten über dich. Es setzt keine Cookies, zählt und verfolgt niemanden und lädt nichts von fremden Servern.

1. Verantwortlicher

Verantwortlich im Sinne der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) ist Boyan Yanovski; die Anschrift steht im Impressum.

2. Das Spiel auf dieser Website

Bereitstellung durch GitHub Pages. Die Website liegt bei GitHub Pages, einem Dienst der GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (in der EU: GitHub B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB Amsterdam, Niederlande). Wenn du die Seite aufrufst, verarbeitet GitHub technisch notwendige Verbindungsdaten, insbesondere deine IP-Adresse, und speichert sie zu Sicherheitszwecken in Protokollen. Ich habe auf diese Protokolle keinen Zugriff und erhalte keine Auswertung über einzelne Besucherinnen und Besucher. Speicher in deinem Browser. Das Spiel merkt sich in deinem Browser, was es zum Spielen braucht: die gewählte Sprache, die Lautstärke und gegebenenfalls einen Spielstand. Diese Angaben bleiben auf deinem Gerät und werden weder an mich noch an Dritte übertragen. Du kannst sie jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines Browsers löschen (Websitedaten löschen). Rechtsgrundlage ist § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG: Die Speicherung ist erforderlich, damit das Spiel so funktioniert, wie du es aufrufst.

Was das Spiel nicht tut. Es gibt keine Cookies, keine Statistik- oder Werbedienste und keine eingebetteten Inhalte fremder Anbieter. Schriften und Bilder kommen von dieser Website selbst.

Links. Das Spiel verlinkt auf die Publikation bei Substack. Erst wenn du dem Link folgst, erhält Substack Daten von dir; dafür gilt Abschnitt 3.

Wenn du die Publikation abonnierst, erhalte ich von Substack deine E-Mail-Adresse und, falls du ihn angegeben hast, deinen Namen. Substack zeigt mir außerdem Angaben zu deinem Abonnement und zu seiner Nutzung, zum Beispiel ob E-Mails geöffnet wurden. Ich verwende diese Daten nur, um dir die Beiträge zu schicken und um zu sehen, wie die Publikation gelesen wird. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung beim Abonnieren (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. a DSGVO). Du kannst sie jederzeit widerrufen: über den Abmeldelink am Ende jeder E-Mail oder in deinem Substack-Konto.

Post an die Adresse im Impressum nimmt ein Dienstleister für mich entgegen: Clear-Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin (Online-Impressum.de). Er scannt die Sendungen und stellt sie mir digital bereit. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO: das berechtigte Interesse, erreichbar zu sein, ohne meine Wohnanschrift zu veröffentlichen.

6. Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18) und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20). Einer Verarbeitung auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen kannst du widersprechen (Art. 21), eine Einwilligung jederzeit für die Zukunft widerrufen (Art. 7 Abs. 3). Schreib mir dazu an die Adresse oder die E-Mail-Adresse im Impressum. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77), zum Beispiel an deinem Wohnort.

In short: the game collects no data about you. It sets no cookies, counts and tracks nobody, and loads nothing from other servers.

2. The game on this website

Hosting by GitHub Pages. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (in the EU: GitHub B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB Amsterdam, the Netherlands). When you open the page, GitHub processes the connection data this technically requires, in particular your IP address, and keeps it in logs for security purposes. I have no access to these logs and receive no analysis of individual visitors. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in offering the game securely and reliably. GitHub may transfer this data to the USA and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More is in GitHub's privacy statement.

Storage in your browser. The game keeps in your browser what it needs for play: the language you chose, the sound levels and, where there is one, a saved game. This stays on your device and is sent neither to me nor to anyone else. You can delete it at any time in your browser's settings (clear site data). The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG: the storage is necessary for the game to work as you asked for it.

What the game does not do. There are no cookies, no statistics or advertising services, and no embedded content from other providers. Fonts and pictures come from this website itself.

Links. The game links to the publication on Substack. Substack receives data from you only once you follow the link; section 3 applies to that.

3. The publication “Experiential Economics” on Substack

The platform is run by Substack Inc., 548 Market Street PMB 72296, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Substack processes data on its own responsibility when you visit and use the platform; Substack's privacy policy applies. Substack is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

When you subscribe to the publication, I receive your email address from Substack and, if you gave it, your name. Substack also shows me details of your subscription and its use, for example whether emails were opened. I use this data only to send you the posts and to see how the publication is read. The legal basis is your consent when subscribing (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time: with the unsubscribe link at the end of every email or in your Substack account.

4. GitHub

The game's files are kept in a public repository on GitHub. When you visit github.com, GitHub processes your data on its own responsibility under its privacy statement linked above.

5. Post sent to the address in the legal notice

Post sent to the address in the legal notice is received for me by a service provider: Clear-Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Germany (Online-Impressum.de). It scans what arrives and makes it available to me digitally. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in being reachable without publishing my home address.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18) and to data portability (Art. 20). You can object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21) and withdraw a consent at any time for the future (Art. 7 (3)).
